Project Overview
A bespoke double-storey luxury home designed to harness natural east-west sunlight. The upper floor gently overhangs to provide passive solar shading over expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing. Dark timber cladding functions as thermal screening, while inside, a sculpted continuous curved staircase anchors the residence as an architectural masterpiece.
