Located in the prestigious Gascoigne Estate near Central Park, this project was an intricate transformation of a solid brick Edwardian residence. The design meticulously preserved period details—ornate ceiling roses, colonial cornices, and timber craftsmanship—while seamlessly integrating a striking rear extension featuring Verde marble, custom fireplaces, and full-height garden glass.
